Client Profiles: Convenient Care
A start-up urgent care enterprise, Convenient Care offers non-emergency healthcare
in an easy and affordable setting. In addition to general medical services, the
facility also offers occupational health programs, and school and sports camp exams.
Challenge
When Convenient Care came to CentreTEK, it had a vision, a business plan, a single
facility—and an aggressive timeline. While its facility was set to become operational
within a short time, the company had yet to develop its identity or to create basic
marketing and promotional materials. Additionally, Convenient Care needed to partner
with someone who could help them sift through and implement essential network and
technological infrastructure needs.
Engagement
- Branding/logo/signage development

Results
A critical aspect of CentreTEK’s strategy was to quickly "get to know" the Convenient
Care brand, despite the challenges of an aggressive timeline. Within a few short
weeks, CentreTEK was able to design and develop key marketing elements, including
logo and signage. Simultaneously, CentreTEK began development of the Convenient
Care website, combining warm and friendly with confident and professional.
Likewise, CentreTEK began structuring and implementing the technology infrastructure.
This included selecting hardware, planning the network, developing a backup and
data security model, and installing and testing the system. High on CentreTEK’s
own list of objectives was its attention to quality issues, particularly because
of how swiftly the team was moving to get Convenient Care operational.
Convenient Care successfully opened the doors of its first facility in tandem with
the website launch in October, 2008, just 6 months after beginning work with CentreTEK.
CentreTEK will continue to be involved with development and maintenance activities.
