Project:
CentreTEK partnered with a web marketing firm to migrate the E-Commerce website
of a large Athletic Shoe Retailer. This retailer owns several “brick and mortar” locations,
as well as a very successful online E-Commerce store front. The project involved
moving the client's site, and database, to a lower cost, more robust hosting
environment, while minimizing any downtime.
The project also called for the migration and management
of domain names, email, and the duplication of a FTP
environment used by reporting software at retail locations.
CentreTEK implemented the online Ad-Tracking
features, integrated new promotions, and
performing a complete site redesign. The results of
the project will included full featured tracking of
Ad spending, lower hosting costs, lower bandwidth usage
(reduced costs), and a more efficient site with improved
usability designed to increase shopping conversions.
