Description of Project/Position:
CentreTEK Solutions is looking for a Web Project Coordinator to lead and support our teams to deliver our Web product & software projects. The Web Project Coordinator will assist the project managers in developing, coordinating and implementing all tasks related to delivering our Web and software projects. S/he will constantly work to improve our standards of work, manage the Scrum process, billing, reporting, and project delivery.
Type of Position: Full Time, 8:30 – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
Salary: DOE

Certifications/Training: Scrum Training, Project Management training, Software delivery disciplines.
Position Availability: Immediate
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating activities related to project lifecycle management – project kickoffs, reviews, and lessons learned.
- Compiling and distributing monthly reports and data aggregation from external systems to each customer.
- Compiling and distributing monthly reporting on completed project deliverables to team members and senior management.
- Manage all project and client expenses, hosting, billing and renewal related information.
- Provide Tier I support and coordinate activities for product and service related issues.
- Manage all aspects of client invoicing which includes timesheet tracking and reporting, management of external vendor accounts, and month end closing.
- Compiling, managing and reporting on project and team forecasting.
- Monitoring ad campaigns at Google and report on them monthly.
- Facilitate the Scrum ceremonies -- Iteration Planning, Daily Scrum, Iteration Review, and Retrospective.
- Ensure that Software Engineering Practices are established, followed, and supports continuous improvements.
- Assisting with all aspects of proposal research, writing, editing and proofing.
- Coordinating new hire management/orientation and setup within the Web team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong presentation skills.
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance the servant/leader role.
- Passion for continuous improvement.
- Demonstrable experience working with team members, clients, and senior leadership teams preferred.
- Demonstrable experience managing software projects or products for the Web preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience using Agile methodologies:
- Demonstrable experience leading teams in Web and software development using Scrum or similar methods.
- Ability to mentor and coach team members in the use of Agile practices.
- Demonstrable use of Agile tools.
- Certified Scrum Master or Scrum Practitioner a plus.
